Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Voice Invoice (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), unless a different EULA is provided at the time of download.

Description of Service

Voice Invoice is an iOS application that allows users to:

• Record voice descriptions of invoice items and details
• Convert voice recordings into structured invoice data using AI
• Generate professional PDF invoices from voice input
• Organize and manage invoices locally on device
• Export and share invoices in various formats

User Responsibilities

Important Guidelines

Please use the app responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Use the app only for legitimate business purposes and accurate invoicing
• Do not generate fraudulent, misleading, or illegal invoices
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all invoice content you create
• Ensure that all invoice amounts, line items, and client information are accurate
• Do not include sensitive personal information (for example, government IDs or health data) in recordings or invoices
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app
• Do not use the app to impersonate others or create false business records

AI-Generated Content

Voice Invoice uses AI to transcribe your voice and generate invoice data. While we strive for accuracy, AI transcription and interpretation may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated invoice content before sending to clients.

Subscription and Purchase Terms

Available Purchase Options

Voice Invoice offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store. Prices shown below are examples; pricing and availability may vary by country or region and are displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase.

Free Tier Limitations

• 3 invoices per month on the free tier
• PDF exports include a watermark
• Free tier limits may change over time

Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your Account Settings after purchase: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
• Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period
• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription
• Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's policies

Premium Features

• Unlimited invoice creation
• Generous voice processing limits for subscribers (subject to reasonable use)
• No watermark on PDF exports
• Custom branding and company logos
• Invoice status management
• Export invoices as PDF, CSV, or JSON

All purchases are managed through the Apple App Store and subject to Apple's Terms of Service.

Intellectual Property

• The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• Subject to these Terms and applicable App Store terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal or business purposes
• Users retain full rights to the invoices and business data they generate using the App
• The "Voice Invoice" name, logo, and related branding are trademarks of the developer

Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
• We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
• We are not responsible for any business losses, damaged relationships, or legal issues resulting from inaccurate invoices you create
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of subscription fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim

Service Availability

Voice Invoice requires an active internet connection to process voice recordings through our AI processing provider. While we strive for maximum availability, temporary service interruptions may occur due to:

• Service provider maintenance or outages
• Your internet connectivity issues
• Apple App Store service disruptions

We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from service unavailability.

Termination

• You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device
• We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms
• Active subscriptions will continue until cancelled by you through your Apple ID account settings
• Deleting the app removes locally stored invoice data from your device, but data may remain in device backups depending on your settings

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
