About Voice Invoice

Tap, talk, invoice.

What Voice Invoice is

Voice Invoice is an iOS app that turns spoken job notes into professional PDF invoices. You describe the job out loud — client, line items, prices — and the app transcribes the recording, extracts the invoice details, and produces a clean PDF you review before sending. Most invoices take about a minute from tapping record to exporting the PDF.

Who it's for

Voice Invoice is built for people who do the work and then have to bill for it: electricians, plumbers, cleaners, landscapers, handymen, contractors, and other independent professionals who invoice from a phone. If your job notes live in your head on the drive between jobs, you can speak them once and get a finished invoice instead of typing at the kitchen table at night.

How it works

Record yourself describing the job. The recording is sent over an encrypted connection, transcribed, and turned into structured invoice data — client name, line items, quantities, prices, tax. You review everything on a standard invoice screen, fix anything that came through wrong, and export the PDF to send by email, text, or however you deliver invoices today. There is a review step on purpose: spoken numbers can be ambiguous, and you should always see the invoice before a client does.

Pricing

The Free plan includes 3 invoices per month with a watermark on the PDF. The Professional plan — $7.99/month or $59.99/year (about 37% less than monthly) — includes unlimited invoices, no watermark, custom branding, and CSV export. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store. Current prices are always listed at voiceinvoice.app/pricing.md.

Platform and availability

Voice Invoice is available for iPhone on the App Store. No account is required — you can download the app and create your first invoice without signing up for anything.

Privacy

Your invoices are stored locally on your device, voice recordings are not stored on our servers, and the app does not require an account or track you across other apps. The full details are in the Privacy Policy.
